Abinash Parida (Chief Executive Officer)
Mr. Parida has many years of experience in Information Technology (IT) field on USA and International projects, and several international programs in the field of IT and Energy sector (oil & gas). He has been involved with such projects from inception to successful completion. He has managed several complex high tech programs successfully. Mr. Parida has over 15 years of extensive work experience, with most recent assignments in Management Consulting positions. He started with Fujitsu Consulting and later with Booz Allen Hamilton in Project Strategy and Business Development role. Past clients include: GM, GE, Blue Bird, Bombay Stock Exchange, Medicare, ISRO, Shell and more. Mr. Parida currently has operations in the international market around the world including: Asia, North America and has formed several partnerships with international organizations and multinational corporations. Mr. Parida holds a B.S. from India and an MBA from Indiana University, USA.
Rajit Garg (Chief Operating Officer)
Rajit Garg has more than 18 years of Project Management and Verification and Validation (V&V) experience, primarily in the healthcare industry. In addition to his corporate involvement, he has 5 years of experience teaching at the Community College of Baltimore County (CCBC), where he has taught courses covering various PMBOK knowledge areas. Mr. Garg has experience managing large initiatives, spanning multiple systems and business areas. He has extensive planning and management skills that help him to consistently deliver services and products that meet client requirements and are within schedule and budget constraints. Mr. Garg has experience working with a diverse group of project teams including geographically-dispersed teams. He has knowledge of project management best practices, including standard methodologies, and quality assurance. He develops and executes strategies, plans and works collaboratively with business customers to develop acceptance methods, criteria, management, and execution. Mr. Garg holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science and Finance from University of Maryland Baltimore County (UMBC), and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Thapar Institute of Engineering and Technology (TIET).
Hakeem Shittu (Chief Technology Officer)
Mr. Shittu has worked for almost two decades as a expert in the Information Technology (IT) field with notable experience leading projects in the defense, banking, insurance, telecommunication and government sectors. With a wide list of clients ranging from small start-up firms to large Fortune 100 companies, Mr. Shittu has a track record of working on projects of various sizes, scope and complexity and has consistently delivered value on time and at budget. An enthusiastic technologist, he is very familiar with the the complexities of leading multiple technology projects from the concept through deployment phases. Mr. Shittu is both an author and a conference speaker where he evangelizes about lightweight enterprise application development. Mr. Shittu holds a Masters degree in Computer Engineering and another in Industrial Engineering both from Ohio State University.
Al Limaye (Executive Advisor)
Al Limaye is the President of Logistic Solutions, Inc., (LSI) and an investor and acting president of A.C. Birox, LLC. LSI is a large multinational software consulting firm with major clients including AT&T, GMAC, Amdocs, HSBC, Cisco and Goldman Sachs. For the past 17 years, Logistic Solutions and its affiliates have been providing services in the US and internationally including Europe and South East Asia. With offices in the US and India, LSI offers a very unique set of services such as Network and Biometric security, SAP and Ariba integration. Logistic Solutions has won numerous awards including Deloitte and Touché NJ Fast 50, NJ Top 100 by Div2000.com, Software Product of the Year for one of its software products by New Jersey Technology Council, and fastest growing private in the US by the Inc. 500 magazine. Al serves as a board member of Pace University’s Computer Science department. Al served as an Executive Board member of TiE, a global network of entrepreneurs and professionals and headed its expansion in New Jersey. He also serves on the board of the Middlesex County Chamber of Commerce and spear head sits Information Technology Committee. Al frequently speaks and mentors young entrepreneurs as part of Middlesex County College, TiE TriState and other forums. He is a recipient of Business Leader of the Year (NJ), was nominated for E&Y Entrepreneur of the Year 2003, and holds a US patent for a software product. Crains magazine recently featured Al as the leading businessman from New Jersey on its cover page. Al has an MS degree in Computer Science and an MS degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Dr. Abe Moghadam (Executive Advisor)
Dr. Moghadam has more than 35 years of extensive experience in all phases of various high tech projects, including information and communications technology (ICT) and energy industry programs from inception to completion. He has had direct responsibility for components of Star War Projects for the US Government, implementation of automated management information systems serving the needs of entire corporations and many government agencies, as well as large multinational programs related to the energy industries in the Middle-East, Africa and other parts of the world.
In addition to years of experience in USA, he has been managing major international projects in Poland, Nigeria, Ghana, Turkey, Indonesia, and Russia. Dr. Moghadam is well familiar with all aspects of project management and all the tools available to monitor cost, schedule, the quality of complex projects and their proper progress from inception to completion. Dr. Moghadam holds a Doctor of Science degree with emphasis on Information Technology (GWU- 1986), an Applied Scientist degree in Computers(GWU-1980), a Master of Science in Communications(GWU-1975), another Master of Science in Management (GWU-1973), and a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering (AIT-1964).
Jahan Moghadam (Executive Advisor)

Mr. Moghadam has over ten years of extensive work experience, with most recent assignments in executive management positions. He started with NDC Group and later with Xpedior in Project Management role. Past clients include: AT&T, MCI, Sprint, WinStar, UUNET, E*TRADE, Oracle, AOL, SAIC, IBM, several .com companies and more. Mr. Moghadam currently has operations in the international market around the world including: Europe, South America, Africa, the Middle East, and Asia, and has formed several partnerships with international organizations and multinational corporations. Mr. Moghadam holds a B.S. with Honors from James Madison University, and an M.S. from the University of Virginia. He currently sits on the Advisory Board for the McIntire School at the University of Virginia.
