Effective Utilization of the benefits [Client: Healthcare]
Our Healthcare client was providing a number of employee wellness programs as benefits to their employee from last 5 years. But stakeholders felt that some of the wellness programs were not effective and not improving the turnover percentage.

Our Customer was moving from Exploration phase to Appraisal phase (3 year program, 40 wells per year, 120 wells in total) having 16 Global Master Agreements (GMA) with global suppliers for the provision of various product service lines (PSL).

Seat and Body Plan Design [Client: Blue Bird Corporation]
Our client’s core business is to manufacture school buses. Each component of school bus is regulated under various state and federal laws. Since the state laws differ between each state, the process of designing the seat and body of the school but was very time consuming and was causing delays in the delivery of the end product to their customers.
Agelix Consulting was engaged to streamline and automate the design process to reduce the delivery time and optimizing the cost.
Finite Element Analysis (FEA) to calculate Tripping factor [Client: Lanco]
Agelix Consulting was engaged to check if Rough Terrain (RT) crane will be tipped over, when the bridge hits the end of the cantilever travelling at constant velocity. The team used simulation and Moving Deformable Barrier (MDB) approach to do FEA analysis and provided the client the tripping and skidding factor of the cantilever RT crane.
Implementation of Epicor ERP (E9 and E10) [Client: Multiple Clients]
Client had engaged a different ERP vendor (with a revenue of $2+ billion annually) to consolidate multiple ERP system to a single vendor ERP tool, unfortunately the project was over 2 years behind schedule and was costing the client millions of dollars in losses. Looking at the unstable situation, client engaged Agelix to do risk assessment and an ERP implementation consultation. Based on Agelix analysis report, the client requested Agelix to take ownership of the implementation. Agelix took the project live in twelve months with 4 external system integrations.
Migration of SAP R/3 FICO Module from 5.0 to 6.0 [Client: Air Products and Chemicals, Inc.]
Based on Agelix Consulting’s knowledge and experience of SAP Financial Accounting and Controlling business processes, client engaged Agelix to lay out the migration project plan. Later the scope was expanded to include execution of the migration plan. Agelix worked with client to define their best business practices using Accelerated SAP (ASAP) business re-engineering technique and completed the migration to new version in six months.

With an end-to-end view of application landscape, Agelix was able to act as Enterprise Architect and guide any enhancement related work.
